The Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) awards are granted by Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) National after reviewing submitted applications from member contractors. The awards are based on 20 key elements of a contractor’s safety program that includes safety policies, employee commitment and training, management commitment and budgeting. Long® Fence is proud to have received a Silver Level of achievement in our on-going safety program.
