Approximately 3,100 linear feet of timber barrier guardrail was recently installed by Long® Fence along the 9700 block of Narragansett Parkway in College Park, MD. Timber guardrail is an excellent choice for neighborhoods, parks and recreational areas because of its ability to blend in with the natural landscape.
East Norbeck Local Park in Montgomery County, MD is the installation site of a custom designed iron and wood fence. The fence was made at the Long® Fence facility in Ijamsville, MD. The park renovation and expansion includes an enlarged parking lot, a natural surface trail, picnic pavilion, restrooms, lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball court, playground, soccer/lacrosse field, and expanded and re-aligned baseball and softball fields. McDonnell Landscape Inc. was the general contractor on the project.
