Long® Fence recently finished installing chain link fence around Hagerstown, Maryland’s first dog park, located at Fairgrounds Park. A 6-ft. high black vinyl chain link fence with gates was constructed around two separate fenced-in areas, one for small dogs and one for large dogs, each with a pavilion, drinking fountains, hydrants and benches. The grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony was held Saturday, June 29th. Long Fence was contracted by the City of Hagerstown.
This state-of-the-art facility, designed to cater to both small and large dogs, features a robust 6-foot high black vinyl chain link fence, enhancing the park’s safety and aesthetic appeal.
The newly constructed dog park is divided into two sections, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all dog sizes and breeds. Each section is equipped with its own pavilion, providing shade and comfort for pet owners, alongside modern amenities including drinking fountains, fire hydrants for dogs, and comfortable benches. These facilities affirm the city’s commitment to creating a friendly and inclusive community space for pet lovers.
